I thought this was a nice place to start. I bought Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip's album, Angles, today. I saw Scroobius Pip perform last year at Electric Gardens and I'll be seeing him again in the summer which I am very excited about. This track really stood out, although the whole album is pure gold. The lyrics are genuinely awe-inspiring. That bearded man is like my buddha.
My taste in music has always been fairly wide but Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip brought in a new angle. I had only really been into Eminem in terms of rap before, but the poetic base of Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip's songs really sings through, making it virtually impossible to draw yourself away from. I keep wanting to go back to his lyrics but I'll just let you check them out for yourself. Let me just say they are incredibly witty and thought-provoking.
